Knit With Me Privacy Policy

Knit With Me is created and owned the Fractal Labs, Inc. The Knit With Me brand, “Hackberry,” “Hackberry Foods,” “the App,” and “Knit With Me Premium” are owned and operated by Fractal Labs, Inc. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT The following provides examples of the types of information that we collect from you and how we use that information. Client survey responses and information - When we send you a survey or when you fill out a survey linked within the app, we collect your survey responses. We might compare them to your previous survey responses. Additional client information - Should we have correspondence with you over email, we may collect additional information about you during this process. App usage information - When you use the app, we may collect information related to your behavior within it. In addition to the information that we collect from you directly, we may also receive information about you from other sources, including third parties, business partners, our affiliates, or publicly available sources. In addition, we may also provide information to service providers and other vendors, including as set forth below in relation to California law. USE AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION In addition to the purposes and uses described above, we use information in the following ways: To identify you when you visit the app and submit feedback.
